  • Drop Resistance: Enhanced durability against impacts and falls.

For a detailed comparison, please refer to our sensor comparison guide.

What do the light sequences on my sensor mean? open icon

Different light patterns indicate various sensor states:

  • Solid blue: Ready to use
  • Blinking blue: Connecting or updating
  • Green - Drawing power but not connected to an operating system or app.

For a complete list of planned light sequences and their meanings, see our Light Indicator Guide.

What file formats does Structure Sensor support? open icon

How do I find my sensor's serial number? open icon

To locate your sensor's serial number:

  1. Look for the laser etching on the bottom of your sensor
  2. Check the original packaging
  3. Go to Settings > General > About > Structure Sensor

For more detailed instructions, visit our serial number lookup guide.

What are sensor presets? open icon

Sensor presets are predefined configurations used by Structure Sensors (2 and 3) during scanning operations. These presets determine specific parameters such as resolution, depth, and range that are optimized for different scanning purposes.

They simplify the scanning process by automatically setting optimal parameters for specific tasks, improving the accuracy and quality of scans. For instance, using a preset tailored for foot scanning ensures that the sensor is optimized for foot scanning, and sets the appropriate settings.

What is your return policy? open icon

Structure accepts returns for US customers only within 30 days of purchase as long as it remains unopened and unused. However, to initiate a return, you must have an active account on the structure.io website and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
